Phase 1 Officially SOLD OUT

We couldn’t be happier to report that we have a contract on our last remaining Phase 1 condo!  That means all 26 homes in Phase 1 are now sold, and we are eagerly awaiting the completion of Phase 2 later this month. 

We have already pre-sold 2 of the 16 condos in Phase 2, and we are actively working with a number of prospective new Grant Park homeowners to sell the remaining 14 homes.  If you want a pool view, a 2 car garage or a home under $200k, you need to come by sooner rather than later.  We have a limited number of those homes, and they are very popular.
